Lease Realtors® associate brokers were instrumental in keeping an important Ulster County business in the county by negotiating a deal which makes it possible for Gillette Creamery to move into a new facility in Gardiner, NY.  The company had been stationed in Ellenville and currently employs 60 people.  With this acquisition, Gillette Creamery will invest $5.7 million into their new operations and will add an additional 10 employees.
